Please read this document carefully. It details the services which we will provide and it sets out the obligations and rights applying between you and WFT. If there is anything in this document that you do not understand or with which you do not agree, do not use our Services.
The Company uses a Discord server through which WFT Analysts do not offer financial advice or personal recommendations but rather their real-time market view and comments on potential upcoming scenarios. Their insights should be used as a complement to your own research.
The WFT provides generic information to its subscribers and it is strongly advised that the client(s) should consult with a Financial Advisor before proceeding to copy the Company’s trades.
While all information posted is believed to come from reliable sources, the WFT does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of information available from its service and therefore will not be liable for any loss incurred.
WFT does not provide investment advice, nor provide any personalized investment recommendations and/or advice in making a decision to trade.
No guarantee is made that any user of this service will or is likely to achieve the results advised by the widget. There is often a large difference between theoretical performance and the actual results later reached by any trading platform. Limitation of liability. Availability of Our Services
Our Services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our Services, including certain features and support for certain devices and platforms, at any time.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate your access to or use of our Services anytime for any reason, such as if you violate the letter or spirit of our Terms or create harm, risk, or possible legal exposure for WFT.
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Our Terms and Policies. You must use WFT according to our Terms and posted policies. If we disable your account for a violation of our Terms, you will not create another account without our permission.
Legal and Acceptable Use. You agree to use WFT only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) our Services in ways that violate or infringe the rights of WFT, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.
Harm to WFT.You must not (or assist others to) access, use, modify, distribute, transfer, or exploit our Services in unauthorized manners, or in ways that harm WFT, our Services, or our systems. For example, you must not (a) gain or try to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems; (b) disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services; (c) create accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means; (d) collect information about our users in any unauthorized manner; or (e) sell, rent, or charge for our Services.
Third-party services. Our Services may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, apps, content, and other products and services. When you use third-party services, their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
Information you provide / Account information / Privacy of user data.WFT does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or content in any way – ever. WFT Service notifications cannot be accessed by other third parties or us because they are always end-to-end encrypted, private, and secure. You register a phone number when you create a WFT account. Phone numbers are used to provide our Services to you and other WFT users. You may optionally add other information to your account, such as a profile name and profile picture. This information is end-to-end encrypted.
Your Rights and License with WFT
Your Rights. You own the information you submit through our Services. You must have the right to the phone number you use to sign up for your WFT account.
WFT Rights. We own all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You may not use our copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, patents, and other intellectual property rights unless you have our written permission.
WFT License to You.WFT grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our Services under these Terms.
If we decide to discontinue providing the Service, we will inform you by providing at least a 3 (three) calendar days’ notice (which may be provided by email, facsimile, etc.); These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. The competent courts in Slovenia shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction regarding any dispute or claim arising hereunder.

WFT Payment, Renewal & Fraud Protection Policy for VIP Membership
Payment. You represent that you are at least the minimum age required to enter into a legal agreement. You agree to pay us for any Subscription Services you purchase from us, as well as all other charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including purchases made by you or anyone you allow to use your account or any sub-or linked accounts (including any person with implied, actual, or apparent authority) or anyone who gains access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your authentication credentials. You authorize and direct us to charge your designated payment method for these charges or, if it fails, to charge any other payment method you have on file with us, even if we received it in association with other Subscription Services. You are responsible for all charges even if your payment method fails or is denied. You authorize and direct us to retain all information about any payment method(s) associated with your account. We may import the payment information you entered during a prior purchase and provide you the option to use that payment information during the purchase of a new product. You permit us to obtain and use updated information from the issuer of your payment method under the policies and procedures of any applicable card brands. We may in some instances continue charging a payment method past its expiration date at our discretion and subject to the payment processors’ or issuing bank’s approval. Surcharges may apply if you use certain payment methods, such as payment from your checking or savings account. We may charge for Subscription Services in advance and on a daily, monthly, yearly, lump sum, or other basis under the stated terms, as long as your subscription remains active, even if you have not downloaded or used such Service or accessed your online account. We may (and you authorize us to) take steps to verify the validity of the credit card information you provide to us. You authorize us to do so for verification and anti-fraud purposes.
Renewal. We use auto-renewal for many of our Subscription-Based Services. At the expiration of each subscription term for such Subscription-Based Services, we will automatically renew your subscription and charge the credit card or other payment method you have provided to us unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Unless otherwise stated herein, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the then-current price, excluding promotional and discount pricing. We may, in our sole discretion, post charges to your payment method individually or aggregate charges for some or all of your Subscription Services with us.
Fraud Protection. We may take steps to verify the validity of the credit card information you provide to us, including debiting amounts less than $1.00 from your credit card and then immediately crediting it back. You authorize us to do so for verification and anti-fraud purposes.
WFT Refund & Cancellation Policy for VIP Membership
There is no refund for any of our services.
We encourage our customers to Test the service in the initial days after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
If you want to cancel your subscription/membership, you can do so from your user account page before your next payment is due.
WFT access VIP Membership
This section sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the WFT access Deal.
Under this deal, you may purchase an unlimited access subscription to use the WFT VIP so long as the WFT Premium service is running.
By creating an account with WFT, you accept these terms, along with our WFT Terms of Service and all other relevant terms and conditions. Do not participate in the VFT VIP if you do not wish to be bound by these terms.
Please read these WFT Terms carefully and ensure you understand them before you refer a user to us.
ELIGIBILITY
Any user who creates a WFT VIP Account and purchases an Unlimited Access subscription during the promotional period may participate in the Lifetime deal.
UNLIMITED ACCESS SCOPE
The Unlimited access is subject to the following scope:
(a) The Promotional Period may end at any time subject to WFT sole discretion.
(b) Unlimited access shall be made to the holder of the WFT Account for the duration of that user’s lifetime. Such right shall immediately terminate upon the user being declared deceased. Such right shall not be transferable.
(c) Unlimited access shall be made available so long as the WFT VIP Service is available.
(d) WFT VIP Service and its features may change anytime.
(e) Unlimited access shall not continue where technological changes make the WFT VIP Service obsolete.
(f) Unlimited access shall not continue where WFT ceases to operate, suspends the WFT VIP Service, is declared bankrupt, or otherwise ceases to operate.

TERMINATION
The Unlimited access may be terminated in the following circumstances:(a) Where you are declared deceased;(b) Where you are in breach of these or any other WFT Terms;(c) When WFT decides to discontinue the service due to one of the reasons described in Terms.
